A2. You can order a catalogue online (Item # 4311-1) from the products list.
Q3.Does GiftAnswer offer wholesale orders or shopper discounts?
A3 Yes, we do, just send us an email if you would like to become a wholesale merchant with us.
Q4.How long will it take to receive my order? How much does shipping cost?
A4. Once you add to your order to the shopping cart, and confirm your payment, your order will be shipped within 48 hours. Shipping cost is less than 15% of your total order. Rush shipping is also available for next day delivery.
Q5.What is your return policy?
A5. For defective or damaged items for credit or replacement, you must call or email us within 30 days of the date of shipment of your order. For all other items, simply return it within 30 days for a prompt exchange or refund of your purchase price (excluding original shipping and 15% restocking fees). Items must be returned in original packaging. We reserve the right to refuse returns after 30 days.
Q6. What do I do if you don’t have a gift I’m looking for?
A6. If you can’t find something for that special person or occasion, just send an email to info@giftanswer.com, and we’ll do all the work to locate the gift for you.

A8. Yes, as part of our member services, we offer an email reminder service, so you never forget a birthday, anniversary or special occasion again! Just click the Reminder Service on the home page, login, select Add Reminder to enter an event you don’t want to forget. An email reminder will be sent to you 14 days prior, just in time to get that perfect gift sent off in the mail. It’s free of charge.
